Refund Policy

Digital Products
All products sold through Made By Charlie are digital goods delivered instantly via Notion. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after purchase.
Why No Refunds?
Once you duplicate a Notion template into your workspace, you have full, permanent access to the product. There is no way to revoke access to a duplicated template, which is why we cannot offer refunds on completed purchases.
Issues With Your Purchase
If something is genuinely wrong with your product — a broken link, missing content, or a technical issue — reach out at charlie@madebycharlie.co and I will make it right. I stand behind every product in this shop.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact me with your Stripe receipt and I will resolve it promptly.
